About the game
Snake is the legendary arcade game everyone remembers from old mobile phones. Guide your snake around the board and gobble up the food. Every bite makes it longer and a little faster. How long can you survive without hitting the walls or your own tail? Play Snake online free in your browser, on your computer or phone, with nothing to install.
How to play
- On a computer: Steer with the arrow keys (or W A S D) and press Space to pause.
- On a phone: Swipe on the screen or use the direction pad below the board.
- 🍎 Red apple: +10 points and your snake grows by one square.
- ⭐ Golden star: pops up now and then for a few seconds, +50 points!

Tips
- As your snake grows, travel along the edges of the board and keep the middle clear.
- Never box yourself into a corner. Always leave yourself a way out.
