About the game
FreeCell is the classic solitaire card game that millions of people know from their computers. All 52 cards are dealt face up, so it's about logic, not luck. Your goal is to build all four foundations by suit from Ace to King. To do that, build down the columns in alternating colours and use the 4 free cells as temporary parking spots.
The deals match the classic FreeCell numbers exactly: "Deal #1" is the same deal for everyone, and almost every deal can be solved. Work through the deals in order, or play the Daily Deal, the same for everyone each day, for bonus points. No sign-up needed, just play.
How to play
- Foundations (top right): build each suit from Ace up to King. Fill them all to win.
- Free cells (top left): each holds any one card.
- Columns: place a card on one that is one rank higher and of the opposite colour (a red 7 on a black 8). Any card can go into an empty column.
- Moving runs: you can move ordered runs in one go. How many cards depends on your free cells and empty columns.
- Drag or tap: drag and drop a card, or just tap it to send it to the best spot.
- Pause: tap the โธ button at the top or press P / Esc. The game and timer pause by themselves when you switch tabs.
Helpers
- โฉ๏ธ Undo: unlimited. Ctrl+Z works on a computer too.
- ๐ก Hint: shows a good move you can make.
- โก Collect: sends every card that can go to the foundations in one tap.
Scoring and stars
Solve a deal in 5 minutes for 3 stars, or in 10 minutes for 2. Solving without undo gives +5, and the Daily Deal gives +25. At the end, watch a short ad to double your points. Sign up for free to keep your progress and points and join the leaderboard.

Tips
- Free the Aces and 2s: clear the cards covering buried Aces and 2s first.
- Don't waste free cells: they're your most valuable resource. Don't fill them without a reason.
- Empty columns are gold: each one doubles how many cards you can move.
- Think first: time affects your stars, but rushing leads to mistakes. Undo when you're stuck.

Can every deal be solved? Almost! Of the classic 32,000 deals, only #11982 can't be solved, and it's skipped.
