About the game
Sweet Pop is a bright, mouth-watering match-3 candy game: swap neighbouring candies to line up three or more of the same colour and watch them burst. Strawberry hearts, orange swirls, lemon stars, mint gumdrops, blueberry crystals and lavender flowers fill the board; every swipe pops candies, new ones rain down from the top and chain reactions kick off. As "Great!", "Amazing!" and "Candy Fiesta!" splash across the screen, your score keeps climbing.
The real treat is the special candies. Line up four in a row for a striped candy that clears a whole row or column, build an L or T shape for a wrapped candy that explodes twice, match five in a row for a rainbow ball that wipes out a whole colour, or make a 2x2 square for a cute flying gummy that zooms to its target. Swap two specials together and the board turns into a giant candy party.
Together with Pip, our little jelly mascot, travel through 120 levels from the Candy Garden to Chocolate Valley, Caramel Hills, Lollipop Forest, Ice Cream Glacier, Gummy Islands, Cotton Candy Clouds and the Cake Palace. How to play
- On a phone: touch a candy and swipe towards a neighbour. You can also tap one candy and then the one next to it.
- On a computer: drag a candy onto its neighbour with the mouse, or click two candies one after the other.
- If the swap lines up 3 or more candies of the same colour they pop. If no match forms, the candies swap back and you don't lose a move.
- Every level has a goal and a limited number of moves (a few levels are timed): reach a score, clear all the jelly, bring the nuts and cherries down, collect candies of a colour or break the blockers.
- Finish the goal early and your remaining moves turn into striped candies in a Candy Frenzy for bonus points. You earn 1, 2 or 3 stars based on your score.
- Wait 5 seconds and a possible move gently wiggles as a hint. If no moves are left, the board shuffles itself.
Special candies and super combos

- Striped + striped: a giant plus that clears a row and a column.
- Striped + wrapped: three rows and three columns at once.
- Wrapped + wrapped: a huge 5x5 blast, twice.
- Rainbow + striped / wrapped: every candy of that colour turns special and explodes.
- Rainbow + rainbow: the whole board is cleared in one move.
- Flying gummy + special: the gummy carries the special candy and sets it off on target.
Blockers
Jelly clears when you pop the candy on top (dark jelly has two layers). A candy in a cage can't move until you match it. Frosting blocks have 1-3 layers and lose one with every match next to them. Chocolate swallows a neighbouring candy and spreads if you don't break any during a move. A licorice wall stops striped candy beams. A bomb candy counts down every move, so pop it before it hits zero.

Sweet Pop tips
- Start at the bottom: matches low on the board shake up more candies and give you more chain reactions.
- Don't waste specials: keep a striped or wrapped candy until a second special appears next to it. Combining two is far more powerful than popping one.
- Pick the right colour for the rainbow ball: on jelly levels use the colour sitting on most jelly; on collect levels use the colour you need.
- Keep chocolate in check: try to break at least one piece every move, or it slowly takes over the board.
- Clear the way for treats: pop the candies under the nuts and cherries. A vertical striped candy brings them down fast.
- Watch the bombs: deal with the lowest timer first; special candies can take bombs out from afar.
- Save moves for stars: the earlier you finish, the more bonus points the Candy Frenzy gives you.
FAQ
Is Sweet Pop free? Yes, completely free. There are no lives or waiting times, so you can play as many levels as you like.
Is my progress saved? Yes. Your cleared levels, stars and boosters are saved to your account, so you can carry on from any device.
How are points calculated? Clearing a level for the first time earns 2 points (plus a +1 bonus every 20 levels), and every new star earns 2 more. The leaderboard ranks players by total points and total stars.
I ran out of moves, what now? Watch a short ad to get +5 moves (+15 seconds on timed levels) and carry on where you left off. You can do this twice per level.
How do I get boosters? You start with a few lollipop hammers, shuffles and +3 moves. Refill an empty booster by watching a short ad, spin the free Daily Candy Wheel every day and double your prize with an ad.
