About the game
Jigsaw Puzzle turns colourful pictures into a real jigsaw: every piece is cut with classic knobs and holes, and each one fits only its own neighbours. Drop a piece close to its spot and it clicks into place; join two matching pieces on the table and they stick together and move as a group. It feels just like doing a puzzle on the living-room table, except no pieces ever go missing under the sofa.
The gallery holds 63 original pictures: landscapes, skylines inspired by Istanbul and Cappadocia, cute animals, flowers, mandalas and ceramic tile patterns, space, the sea, fruit and vehicles. You can also use your own photo. Choose from eight sizes, from a quick 12-piece break to a relaxing 300-piece session, and switch on rotation mode for an extra challenge. The Daily Puzzle gives everyone the same picture each day, and the fastest times make the ranking. How to play
- Pick a picture from the gallery, choose 12, 24, 48, 70, 100, 150, 200 or 300 pieces and start.
- Drag pieces with your finger or the mouse and drop them near their spot on the board: they snap into place.
- Put two matching pieces next to each other on the table and they join, then move together.
- In rotation mode pieces arrive turned. Tap a piece (right-click on a computer) to rotate it 90ยฐ.
- On big puzzles, zoom with a pinch or the mouse wheel and drag an empty spot to pan the table.
- Toolbar: ๐๏ธ peek at the picture, ๐ป faint ghost image on the board, ๐ฒ sort out the edge pieces, ๐๏ธ view pieces on a neat tray or a scattered table, ๐ก a hint flies one piece into place.
Make a puzzle from your own photo
Tap "Use your own photo", choose a picture from your gallery or snap one with your phone's camera. Your photo is processed only in your browser: it is cropped to 4:3, cut into pieces and never uploaded to any server. Holiday snaps, your pet or a family moment can become a puzzle with complete peace of mind. Puzzles made from your own photos score less on the leaderboard (ร0.25), because their difficulty varies so much.

Jigsaw tips
- Edges first: use ๐ฒ to move the edge pieces next to the board. Building the frame from the straight-edged pieces makes the rest much easier.
- Sort by colour: gather pieces from big areas of sky, sea or grass in one corner of the table, then look at their shapes.
- Hunt for details: domes, balloons, eyes and other eye-catching details are the quickest pieces to place.
- Count knobs and holes: a piece with two knobs will never fit a gap that needs two holes. Shape beats colour when everything looks alike.
- Use the ghost wisely: the ghost image shows where things go; turn it off when you want a real challenge.
- Tray mode suits big puzzles: with 200 or 300 pieces, neat rows make searching faster.
Scoring and the daily puzzle
Every puzzle is worth pieces ร 10 points, or ร1.5 in rotation mode. Go past the target time for your piece count and a small penalty is taken for each second, but never below a minimum. Each hint you use costs 10 points. The Daily Puzzle is the same picture and size for everyone with a 20% bonus, and the fastest players of the day appear in its ranking. Finish it every day to grow your streak.
FAQ
Is Jigsaw Puzzle free? Yes, completely free. No download needed; it runs in your browser on phones and computers.
Will I lose an unfinished puzzle? No. Unfinished puzzles are saved automatically on this device; come back later and tap "Continue" to pick up where you left off.
Where does my uploaded photo go? Nowhere. It is processed only in your browser, never sent to the server and nobody else can see it.
I'm out of hints, what now? Every puzzle comes with 1โ3 free hints, and you can watch a short ad to get 3 more.
Isn't 300 pieces too much on a phone? The pieces are prepared in advance, so it runs smoothly on phones too. Pinch to zoom in and out and play comfortably.
