About the game
Solitaire, also known as Klondike or patience, is the classic single-player card game that became one of the most played games in the world once it arrived on home computers. Your goal is to sort a standard 52-card deck onto four foundation piles, one per suit, from Ace up to King. It's relaxing, it rewards careful planning, and every deal is a fresh little puzzle. How to play
- Cards are dealt into 7 columns, and only the top card of each column is face up. The rest of the deck waits in the stock at the top left.
- In the columns, build cards in descending order and alternating red and black: a red 8 on a black 9, for example.
- You can move a run of face-up cards as a group. Only a King can be placed in an empty column.
- Tap the stock to turn over 1 card or 3 cards (you choose at the start). When the stock runs out, the waste pile is turned over again.
- Place each suit's Ace on a foundation at the top right, then build it up in the same suit: 2, 3, 4 and so on, all the way to the King.
- Drag and drop cards, or tap a card to send it automatically to the best spot.

Solitaire tips and strategy
- Uncover face-down cards first: Focus on the columns with the most hidden cards; every card you reveal opens up new moves.
- Don't rush to the foundations: Send low cards up right away, but middle cards like 5s and 6s are often more useful in the columns for a while.
- Don't waste an empty column: Clearing a column rarely helps unless you have a King ready to move into it.
- Use the stock wisely: In Draw 3 the order of the stock shifts every pass, so play the cards on top first to reach the one you need.
- Undo is free: When you get stuck, step back a few moves and try a different line. It costs nothing.
Frequently asked questions
Can every deal be solved? No. In classic Solitaire some deals simply can't be won. If you get stuck, you can watch an ad to reshuffle the stock once per game.
How are points calculated? Every win is worth 10 points in Draw 1 mode and 15 points in Draw 3 mode. The faster you finish, the bigger your time bonus.
Are there hints? Yes, you get 3 free hints every game, and a short ad gives you 3 more.
What is auto finish? Once every card is face up, the ⚡ Finish button appears and moves the remaining cards to the foundations for you.
