About the game
Big Head Football is a fresh, completely original take on the hugely popular "head soccer" style of game that Turkish players have loved for years, from school computer labs to phones. Pick your footballer, a giant head on a tiny body, and step out under the floodlights for a one-on-one match against the computer! Jump, head the ball and swing your boot for a shot. The ball moves with real physics: it bounces, spins, rattles off the post and rolls off the top of the goal. Score and the crowd jumps up, the net ripples and the confetti flies.
There are six characters to choose from: speedy striker Kaan, spiky-haired Mert, mustachioed Bora, afro goal machine Efe, bespectacled Can and red-ponytailed Deniz. They all have the same skills, so the difference is all down to you. Play Big Head Football online free in your browser or on your phone, with nothing to download.
How to play
- On a computer: run with โ โ or A D, jump with โ, W or Space, and shoot with X, K or S. P pauses the game.
- On a phone: the pitch sits at the top of the screen with the controls underneath. Run with โ โถ at the bottom left and use JUMP and SHOOT at the bottom right. Multi-touch works, so you can run, jump and shoot all at once.
- You play from the left; get the ball into the goal on the right. A match lasts 90 seconds, or the first to 5 goals wins.
- If it's level when time runs out, it goes to a golden goal: whoever scores next takes the match.
- The โก super bar fills over time and every time you touch the ball. When it's full, your next shot becomes a fiery super shot that blazes towards goal and knocks any defender in its way dizzy.

Every goal you score adds +1 point, and even a defeat earns 1 to 3 points depending on the level. Each win also extends your winning streak.
๐ Online Big Head Football: live matches with friends
Beaten the computer? Time for real opponents! In online mode, open a table and send the ๐ invite link to a friend, or sit at a waiting table in the lobby. The whistle blows as soon as the second player sits down; the host plays on the left and the guest on the right. Matches are played live: whenever possible the two devices connect directly (โก), and if that isn't possible the data flows through our server (๐). A small badge in the corner shows the link type and the delay. An online win is worth +20 points and a draw +5, with its own online leaderboard. Use the quick messages and table chat to wish your opponent good luck.

Tips
- Get under the ball: read where a high ball will drop, stand just on your own goal's side of it and time your jump. That big head sends it forward and up.
- Don't leave your goal empty: avoid charging too far forward while the ball is in the opponent's half. One quick shot and there's a huge gap behind you.
- Shoot low balls: shots work best on a ball that's on the ground or around knee height. Hit SHOOT when the ball is right in front of you.
- Save the super shot: don't rush when the bar fills. From a distance, or while the keeper is dazed, a fiery shot is almost a sure goal.
- Use the crossbar: a ball landing on top of the goal rolls back onto the pitch, so you can wait there for the second ball.
FAQ
Is Big Head Football free? Yes, completely free. No download or install needed; it runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones.
Do I need to turn my phone sideways? No. Holding it upright, the pitch sits at the top and big touch buttons sit underneath. Turn it sideways and the pitch gets bigger, with the buttons moving to the corners.
Can the Hard level be beaten? Absolutely! The Hard opponent is quick and reads the ball well, but it isn't perfect. Guard your goal, time your headers and save your super shot for the right moment.
What do I get for watching an ad? You can start a match with your super bar already full, or, if you're behind when time runs out, get +15 seconds of extra time once.
How are points calculated? Win, draw and loss points depend on the opponent's level, with bonuses for goal difference and every goal you score. The leaderboard is ranked by total points.
Can I play a friend online? Yes! Sign up free, open Play online, create a table and send the link. A player who drops out for more than 10 seconds or leaves before the final whistle forfeits.
