What is the Güncel Oyun Oyna weekly tournament?
The weekly tournament is a free competition open to every member. Each week a single game is in the spotlight. You do not need to sign up for the tournament separately or wait for a start time: simply play the game of the week whenever you like between Monday and Sunday, and every point you earn is added to your tournament score. You can play as many times as you want, so practice really pays off.
The live leaderboard above shows the top 50 players and your own position, even if you are further down. When the week ends, the final standings are saved, badges are handed out automatically and a new game takes the stage on Monday morning.
How to climb the leaderboard
- Learn the scoring. Every game rewards something different: wins, speed, combos or difficulty level. Read the "How to play" section on the game's page.
- Play harder levels. In most games a higher difficulty gives more points per game.
- Use the whole week. Points add up, so a few games every day beat one long session.
- Check next week's game. It is shown above, so you can start practising before everyone else.
Frequently asked questions
How does the weekly tournament work?
Every week has one "game of the week". From Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (Turkey time, UTC+3), every point you score in that game is added to your tournament total. The player with the most points when the week ends is the champion.
How is the game of the week chosen?
The site team can pick the game in advance. If no game is picked, one is chosen automatically from our scored games in a fixed rotation, so a different game is featured every week.
Do I need an account to take part?
Yes. Guests can play the game, but only free members appear in the tournament ranking. Sign up with just a username and password and your points start counting immediately.
What do the winners get?
The top 10 receive the "Top 10" badge, the top 3 also get the "Podium" badge, and the winner earns the "Champion of the week" badge. Three tournament wins unlock the diamond "Tournament legend" badge. Winners are listed on this page as past champions.
Do online games count?
Yes. If the game of the week can also be played online, the points you win at online tables count too, as long as the result was settled on our server.
What happens when two players have the same score?
The player who reached that score first stays ahead.
Can points be faked?
No. Tournament points are never taken from your browser; they are only calculated from game results verified on our server, with time limits and checks against impossible scores.
