About the game
Hexa Stack is a relaxing yet brain-teasing colour sort puzzle: place stacks of colourful hexagon tiles on the board and gather matching colours together. Tiles of the same colour slide between neighbouring stacks and merge; when 10 tiles of the same colour pile up on top of a stack, they all burst! Across 300 levels the board shape changes and the number of colours grows from 3 to 8. Play free in your browser on desktop or mobile, with nothing to download.
How to play
- Drag one of the three stacks at the bottom onto an empty hexagon. On a phone you can also tap a stack and then tap an empty spot.
- When neighbouring stacks have the same colour on top, the tiles slide over and gather in one stack. Chain reactions happen too!
- When 10 or more tiles of the same colour pile up on top of a stack, they burst and count towards the goal.
- Every level has a goal: clear that many tiles to finish the level and unlock the next one.
- If the board runs out of space, you lose. Place your stacks carefully!
Power-ups

Tips
- Give each colour a zone: keep the same colours in the same corner of the board so they merge easily.
- Watch the top colour: place a stack next to neighbours with the same colour on top. The colour underneath is revealed and starts new merges.
- Keep the middle free: when the board starts filling up, put small stacks on the edges and save the centre for merges.
- Save the hammer: when you're stuck, smashing a single stack can save the whole board.
Frequently asked questions
How do I earn points? You earn points the first time you clear a level, and later levels are worth more. The leaderboard shows the highest level you have reached.
Can I play without signing up? Yes! Your progress is saved on that device. Sign up free to continue from any device.
