About the game
Dot Link is a clean-looking logic puzzle that is very hard to put down: pairs of coloured dots are scattered across a grid and your job is to join each pair with a pipe. Red goes to red, blue to blue, but the pipes may never cross and not a single square may be left empty. In short, it is a colour-pipe puzzle in the spirit of the classics, with its own glowing neon look, smooth drawing and shiny pipes.
There are 350 levels spread across 8 packs. The first pack warms you up on tiny 5×5 boards, while the final packs throw more than ten colours at you on huge 12×12 grids. Every level was checked one by one with a computer solver: each puzzle has exactly one solution, and that solution fills every square. No guessing, just pure logic. How to play
- Touch (or click) a dot and drag towards its partner of the same colour. A coloured pipe follows your finger.
- Pipes only travel horizontally and vertically and can never run over each other. Drag across another pipe and it gets cut at that point; pull back and it springs back.
- To fix a wrong path, grab the pipe anywhere and redraw from there, or tap its dot to clear that colour.
- The level is complete when every pair is linked and every square is filled. The % filled meter shows how much is left.
- Drawing with the same colour several times in a row counts as one move. Finish in as many moves as there are pairs for ⭐⭐⭐ Perfect, or within two extra moves for two stars.
- Keyboard shortcuts on desktop: Z undo, R reset, H hint.

Dot Link tips
- Start at the edges and corners: Dots near a corner have very few ways to go. Linking them first narrows down the rest of the board for you.
- Close the short pairs early: Dots sitting right next to each other usually have only one sensible path, so get them out of the way.
- Never leave a dead-end pocket: If a corner or a one-entrance corridor appears, some pipe has to be able to enter it. If none can, your path is wrong.
- Hug the walls with long pipes: A long route that bends along the border leaves the middle free for the other colours.
- Think before you draw for stars: Draw every colour in one go and your move count stays equal to the number of pairs, earning you a Perfect rating.
FAQ
Does every level really have only one solution? Yes. The levels were generated from a fixed seed and scanned with a full solver before going into the game; anything with more than one solution, or with empty squares left over, was thrown out.
I'm stuck, what can I do? The 💡 Hint button draws the correct path of one pair after a short ad (up to 3 per level). You can also watch an ad to skip a really tough level and come back to it later.
Is my progress saved? Yes. When you are signed in, your cleared levels and stars are saved to your account, so you can carry on from any device.
How are points calculated? Each level you clear for the first time earns 1 point, plus a bonus on bigger grids (+1 on 6×6 up to +7 on 12×12). Every new star you collect is worth +1 as well, so replaying old levels in fewer moves pays off.
I find some colours hard to tell apart. Tap the Aa button at the top and every dot gets a letter, so you can match the pairs without relying on colour.
